We’re a small, hands-on shop — not a big consultancy hiring at scale. We’re not actively running a full-time recruiting pipeline, but we work with collaborators on a project basis when the work calls for specialized skills.
What This Looks Like
Project-Based Collaboration
Most engagements are scoped per project — specific work, specific timeline, specific deliverables. We bring in collaborators when their skills fit what we’re building.
Direct Work, No Layers
No account managers, no project coordinators between you and the work. You’ll talk directly with the lead developer and contribute directly to what ships.
Remote-First
We’re Canadian-based and work remotely. Flexible hours, focused on what gets shipped rather than hours logged.
Real Production Work
We ship and maintain production systems — AI infrastructure, construction safety platforms, B2B2C marketplaces, industrial monitoring. Your work goes into things that actually run.
Who We’re Interested In
Senior engineers with production experience in any of: Python (FastAPI), TypeScript / Next.js, cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP / Hetzner), DevOps and observability, security and compliance work, AI integration.
