Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Vantage Solutions' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Vantage Solutions provides enterprise software development, consulting, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to systems and resources
• Make timely payments as specified in the SOW
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all custom work products created specifically for you will be transferred to you upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Vantage Solutions.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including amounts, schedule, and methods, will be specified in the SOW. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the services provided.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement as specified in the SOW. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes via email. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
