Construction safety runs on paperwork: hazard assessments before work starts, toolbox talks, site inspections, incident reports. On paper, that means forms filled out in trucks, binders driven back to the office, and no way to know a crew missed a step until weeks later.

We built a platform that moves all of it onto phones and tablets. Crews complete hazard assessments with built-in risk scoring and sign with a fingertip. Daily logs come in from the site with photos attached. Managers see a live dashboard of every form, every project, and every overdue corrective action — and can produce an audit-ready package for regulators in minutes instead of days.

Beyond safety, the platform runs the operational side too: project tracking, work orders, meeting minutes, and training records, with role-based views so workers, supervisors, and clients each see exactly what they need — and nothing they don't.

Moving crude oil through a pipeline network means tracking batches across hundreds of kilometres while flow, pressure, temperature, and density change minute by minute. The client needed their operators to see all of it in one place, live — not in yesterday's reports.

We built a monitoring system that connects directly to the industrial sensors along the line and streams readings to a live dashboard in under half a second. Operators follow each batch from terminal to terminal, watch utilization on every line, and get automatic alerts the moment a reading drifts outside its normal range — with thresholds they set themselves.

Every reading and every operator action is recorded for regulatory compliance, and each role — operator, supervisor, administrator — gets a view built for their job. The architecture is designed to grow with the network, so adding lines and terminals doesn't mean starting over.

Independent vape retailers each carry a slice of what distributors offer, and few have the online presence to compete with large e-commerce sites. The idea: one polished shopping platform with the full combined catalog, where local partner stores fulfill the orders.

We built the whole machine. Shoppers get a product finder that filters by device type, flavor, and strength, plus a membership program with perks. Partner stores plug in using the point-of-sale systems they already run, so their inventory stays in sync automatically, and a central delivery system coordinates getting orders to customers.

Because this is a regulated product, compliance is built into the platform's bones: 19+ age verification, excise stamp handling, and the full set of Canadian vape rules. The platform also supports branded storefronts, so a partner store can run its own site powered by the same engine.
